SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and should be read alongside our main Terms here: techprobo.store/terms-and-conditions.

This policy applies to any order you place with us.


WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may manage our inventory and be responsible for shipping your products.

Standard Shipping

We provide flat-rate shipping on all orders, ranging from ₹65 to ₹200, depending on the delivery location.
Currently, shipping is free on all orders over ₹499.


DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

At the moment, we only ship within India.
The Standard Flat Rate (Free Shipping) is applicable only on qualifying domestic orders.

Please note that certain state-specific laws or delivery restrictions may apply. You may also be subject to additional taxes or duties over which we have no control. In such cases, it is your responsibility to comply with applicable laws and cover any additional costs or taxes.


ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

  • Orders are shipped only on business days: Monday – Saturday.
  • We do not process or ship orders on Sundays or public holidays.

WHAT IS THE STANDARD SHIPPING TIME?

We aim to deliver most orders within 4–10 business days. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability. In some cases—especially during peak seasons—shipping may take up to 15 days.

As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can monitor its progress and estimated delivery.


WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED OR LOST?

At Techprobo, we understand how important your order is, and we want you to feel supported at every step.

If Your Package Is Delayed or Lost:

  • First, check with neighbors or nearby locations, as packages may be delivered by mistake.
  • If you still cannot locate it, contact us and we’ll follow up with the shipping carrier to investigate further.

We primarily use Ekart, DHL, and FedEx for shipping.
Shipments are insured on a case-by-case basis.

A package is considered lost only if it has not been delivered within 20 business days from the shipment date.

If your order is marked as delivered, but you haven’t received it:

  • Check all possible entry points and with neighbors.
  • If the package doesn’t show up within 2 business days, let us know, and we’ll initiate an investigation.

While we’ll support you throughout the process, please note:

  • Techprobo is not responsible for packages lost by the postal service or marked as delivered but not received.
  • A claim/complaint can be filed if the package was sent via Priority Mail.
    We’ll assist you with this process. However, if the claim is not approved by the carrier, the product will not be replaced.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible via:

Include your order number and updated address. If your order has not yet been processed, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Please note: Once your order has been packed and shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
